Please call ahead of time if possible so we will be ready to handle your emergency as soon as you and your pet arrive. FREE estimates are available on all our pet health care services.

Payment options:

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept debit cards, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express), and cash. All credit cards must be signed by the owner of the card to be used.

Payment plans:

We accept CareCredit. If you need financial assistance, please visit www.carecredit.com/vetmed for more information. All routine services must be paid in full at the time of your pet's visit.

Pet insurance:

We are happy to help you and your pet with your pet insurance needs. We can make recommendations and provide you with information regarding veterinary pet insurance. Unfortunately, like human medical insurance, if you are not already covered by an insurance policy prior to your emergency or examination, you will not be able to have that exam or emergency covered by your insurance.

We highly recommend you look into pet insurance options now while your pet is healthy, so that when your pet needs to see us, the visit will be covered under your pet insurance.
